I’d say 70% celiac friendly. You need to know your stuff. I let them know I had a severe wheat allergy, and even after going over every ingredient and insisting it was all good, the mushrooms in my spring rolls they said were GF were cooked in soy sauce prior to being wrapped.... plus side is their sushi is to die for. So just stick with the nigiri and Tamari sauce.
The sushi here is all gluten free and the offer gluten free soy sauce!
