I loved Young's and always felt like they were decent in the gluten free realm. However, I had a pretty negative experience that leaves me questioning their ability to make safe gluten free food. I ordered my usual, Vietnamese noodle bowl (also called bun or vermicelli noodle bowl) which they call "traditional dish." When my partner returned with the food, I discovered that they had made some kind of wheat noodle dish and slapped a gluten free sticker on it. I called to ask about it, yep wheat noodle dish. They made it right by making the proper order and added in a free side of crystal rolls. Stars for customer service but I seriously question their ability to safely make GF food when something as agregious as wheat noodles labeled GF can occur. Beware those gluten free tags don't mean much without appropriate procedures for ensuring they don't end up on gluten containing food. See photos.
