A lot of great options! She offers samples if you would like a taste. many items are frozen so you can take some to go and have a larger variety. I had pecan pie, red velvet cupcake, carrot cake cupcake, and Boston cream cupcake. All were delicious! I would have gotten more to go but I was in town on vacation. It is under new ownership, phone # is 727-862-1155 Also the new address is next door at 7227 State Rd. 52 Hudson 34667 in the Ponderosa Plaza Sandy is her name & the food is awesome, not only does she make baked goods she is starting to branch out making foods. Check her out, yum.

It's wonderful having freshly baked goods available so close by. Knowing there are quality breads & dessert made fresh by someone who cares about her products and her customers is vital to me and I'm grateful for Suzie & the bakery.

They bake fresh every day and have different things available each day. They will bake to order. Excellent tasting, clean and strict gluten free establishment. Not a restaurant. Closed on Saturday only.
