The best! Staff is friendly and knowledgeable about celiac. Pizza’s are prepared separately in the back with separate toppings. Although the pizza is put into an open fire oven with regular pizza, it is first placed on a gluten free baking tray so that it doesn’t touch any of the contaminated area. It’s a go to for our family.
