My son has celiac and we were exploring options near VT. I watched them prepare his pizza in a separate area than the rest. They had the ingredients specific for gluten free pizzas in the back where they assembled his. It was placed in a metal pan to bake. it was still baked in the same oven as others, but he had no issues. They had separate tools to cut his pizza once done. Impressed by the measures they take, and he says the pizza was delicious. He’s craving it again today.
