The staff was very knowledgeable about gluten free safety and cross contamination. He reassured me that the rice noodles would be cooked in separate water, they would clean the wok before making the gluten-free noodle dish, and that the soy sauce they used was gluten-free. I ordered gluten-free mei fun noodles for my daughter who has celiac. I also ordered pad thai which they prepared gluten-free. When I ordered chicken satay, they told me that the seasoning in this dish has gluten so I should not order it. I found them to be very caring and aware. Highly recommend.

This was my first time eating sushi in a while, and I couldn’t be happier. I felt very safe while ordering because it was evident that the staff was extremely knowledgeable of Celiac. In fact, after I placed my order, I received a call from them letting me know that my salad would not have dressing because it wasn’t GF, and they just wanted to make sure I was aware. I was impressed by how much they cared about my safety and will definitely go back. Great good and wonderful customer service!

I’ve eaten at Yuan II on multiple occasions and I’m really a fan! The owner is knowledgeable about gluten free and I’ve been able to get Chinese, thai dishes, and sushi. I’ve had the pad thai, chicken and broccoli, and sushi there. Really yummy! The owner is so nice and the price is really reasonable.
