Well good food but... They need training I'm not confident things where handled carefully and staff has the knowledge to help ensure a safe meal.

They have a gluten-free menu and a separate fryer for things like chips, plantains, and yucca fries. Our server was knowledgeable about which items were safe for me. The food was fresh and delicious.

The gluten-free options are fresh and delicious. We tried fried plantains, nachos, street tacos, and quest. All were great!

They have a gluten free menu. However, after following my gut and questioning further, the chips are made in a shared fried. They’re made in the morning first, but when I asked about the cleaning of the fryer nightly the manager said they don’t clean it every night, so it’s definitely cross contaminated. I had the chicken street tacos and seem fine. The food was just ok.
