Yum Cha

They are closed

Had dinner at Yum Cha last week while in Kauai. Upon first impression of the GF menu I was concerned. Along with being a Celiac.I am highly allergic to soy, eggs, mango.... In addition, I do not tolerate beef very well. When our waiter came to our table I expressed my concerns. He asked for details of what I cannot have and suggested they"create" a meal for me. When they delivered my chicken, vegetable stir-fry with brown rice I was blown away. Delicious!!! There was so much food yet I kept eating because it was so good!! I am highly sensitive to gluten and had NO problems with my great meal. Look forward to returning the next time we are in Kauai!!
