Yume Asian Bistro

The waitress was very nice and thorough about checking ingredients for the rice vinegar and asking the chef what goes into the sushi rice for me. She also provided me with a bottle of gluten free soy sauce. Every time she set down a sauce, she told me whether or not it was gluten free. I was able to enjoy the edamame, several vegetable rolls, and sashimi.
