Update!! They have several new chefs who don't understand and you have to be SUPER careful that rolls look the same as they always do (i.e. no extra garnishes). Last night my roll looked like it had furikake on the outside of it but it was crushed seaweed snacks that had been fried in tempura batter. I didn't catch it until I realized everyone else at the table had the same garnish on their rolls and we asked. Manager apologized and said the kitchen is trained but it's real hard to earn that trust back. Feeling real crummy today and sad I may have to find a new sushi restaurant.
My only complaint is that their online menus don't indicate GF so you have to Google an image and hope the rolls are still on the menu. The menu in the restaurant is labeled clearly. We have eaten in the restaurant and had take out and I've had no reactiont either way. For take out we used the message section to clarify and ask for separate packaging and when we unpacked our food at home all the GF rolls were labeled and they gave me some GF soy sauce too. This place is a little bit pricier than other places in the area but it's easy and I feel safe eating here.
