Review of YUMM Thai Sushi and Beyond

We were on a road trip and found this restaurant using the findmeglutenfree app. We called ahead to make sure they still had gluten free menu options, and they did.

The staff seemed knowledgeable about which items were GF, and I ordered the Pad Thai. The serving size was generous, there were plenty of rice noodles and chicken in my bowl, and the sauce was good, but I thought the amount of bean sprouts and scallions was somewhat meager. I had no ill effects the next day from my meal (I eat GF because I have celiac disease.), but I have had more interesting Thai food elsewhere.
