Be careful! The woman answering the phone told me the meats and rice were GF. I received the meal and started eating delicious chicken shawarma... and then, saw some long brown strands in the rice that felt like pasta. I called her back and she said it's angel hair "but not pasta, a type of rice". She later told me (after I called AGAIN to express my concern) that she checked online and it's "just flour, salt and water." She even went to ask the chef who told her it's gluten free. So, the chef may not know either. I hope I'm wrong and it's not wheat pasta but it probably is. I just ate it so the reaction will come later. I explained how someone could end up in the hospital if they have Celiac and eat it. I have other issues but am worried about my side effects now. Please proceed cautiously at this restaurant. Really bummed because the chicken shawarma is very good. The staff might look into it more and offer regular rice at some point so I don't want to tell you for sure not to eat there, IF you don't have Celiac but want GF. I ordered delivery via DoorDash and haven't eaten there in person.
