Edit: Returned 2023 and the owner was very informative and welcoming. Definitely felt better eating
Language barrier makes it a little hard to clarify practices. It took a while which is okay. The meal was okay. The rice was bland but greatly enriched by the sauce. Chicken was really good. Potatoes were solid. Felt some rumbles so not entirely sure if glutened or not.

This place is a safe haven for celiacs. Read many reviews before ordering but wanted to clarify with someone on the phone about cross contamination… When I called to ask the man on the phone was thrilled to tell me how much they pride themselves in washing hands, changing gloves, and separate cooking spaces. They have menu items clearly marked and nearly everything is safe. I had the chicken yucca fries and mashed potatoes… 10/10 and SAFE!!!

The owner is very knowledgeable and trains his staff well. On my first visit, he talked to me for about 15 minutes about why he intentionally offers safe GF items. It's for his customers! He wants everyone to be able to enjoy his restaurant.
ALL the chicken is GF. Most of the sides are GF. They may have a GF desert option, but he told me it's tricky bc of cross contamination with the Peruvian pastries they offer. I didn't check last time bc I don't eat sweets. I have Celiac and have not been glutened there ever in over 3 years.
Orders are assembled along a line right in front of you. None of this is touched by hand. One person takes your order and cuts the chicken. That same person or a dedicated side dish person (when busy) assembles your plate. Separate spoons for every item.
The majority of side dishes are GF so there are lots of options. Yucca fries are one of my favorites. The only fried items are Steak Fries and Yucca Fries. No cross contamination possible in the frier.

For gluten free and dairy free, this is a good and safe place to eat. The yuca and steak fries along with the green beans are dairy free. The rest of the sides are not. The owner was helpful on the dairy elements.

OMG! Amazing food! 100% celiac safe. Go here!
Such great safe food! They have a sign listing all the sides that are gluten free. Pita bread is in an enclosed container at the beginning of the line and employees are happy to change gloves. Chicken is rotisserie and delicious. We always test with our Nima sensor and it’s always safe. Never gotten sick. Great for families and carryout. Good portions and not overpriced!

The staff did have a language barrier and didnt understand when I asked for gluten free sides. I asked to speak with the manager as I did communicate with him through email prior to my visit. He was very helpful and explained that the chicken and about 6 sides are gluten free. I got the half chicken mix with the green beans and cilantro lime rice. The rice is amazing!!!! And so is the chicken. Halfway through our meal the manager came to our table to check on me and to make sure everything was good. I will update this post if I end up having celiac symptoms.
The chicken is gluten free and excellent. Numerous sides to select from. I took a chance with the steam vegetables and did not get sick. The issue was communication with staff (language). I believe other sides are safe but because of the language issue I am not positive. I would eat there again.
