Yuzu Japanese Sushi Bar

I got take out last week and didn’t feel good all week… I didn’t think it was this place because I was very clear about gluten free items and some things are even marked, but I felt like I had been glutened and had classic symptoms. I came back with friends and this time to dine in, and was told their sushi rice has gluten … I asked them to double check since that’s not common, and he insisted there’s “a little bit of gluten”. Waiter said “there’s just a little bit, but most people who can’t eat gluten, eat it and are fine.” I said I doubt that. Idk what’s actually gluten free here so I’d stay away.
