Amazing food! I reached out ahead of visiting and they let me know they use a dedicated frying and aim for 0 cross contamination! They don’t charge more for gluten free and the gf items are listed on the menu, most of what they have can be made gf! I can’t wait to go back and try more! I worry with how busy it was cross contamination might be more of an issue for someone more reactive but I had no issues and it was fantastic!
