Review of Z Pasta Bar

The gf pasta is cooked in separate water in separate pots and is kept in the kitchen and not with the normal pasta. All of the fresh ingredients are gf. The staff was knowledgeable about celiac disease and helped me order my food without error. The food was good and I did not get sick.
