I contacted zacadoos here in Valdosta GA to secure that there breakfast in a cup were gluten free and he took time to verify that they were, I'm so greatful for the information that he gave me being that I'm gluten sensitive.

I’m allergic to gluten but I get breakfast here several times a week. They have a breakfast in a cup that contains grits, sausage, cheese and you can get it with or without egg. Super cheap and delicious
