Friendly folks and a great vibe, but zero knowledge of celiac/gluten/cross-contamination. Nearly died from a "GF" pancake. Won't be back.

Made my wife super sick here. She got eggs with spinach. Server was sweet and even put Celiac on ticket. Do not go here!!

Hubby got “glutened” and very sick. He had eggs, bacon and a gluten free pancake. We know eating out is at our own risk but when a gluten free item is offered it gives you the impression that the establishment will be aware and accommodating to allergies. (And we told them it is an allergy and not a preference) It is unfortunate because our server was very friendly.

I got a little sick after eating their cheese smothered skillet. Turns out some of their cheeses have gluten, but my server didn’t bother to put celiac on the ticket. Went back and had a different person who was much more accommodating. Girl with dreads = fabulous. Black guy with hippie hat = get a different server

We didn't eat here. We saw the reviews and decided to go. Inside it smelled. A cross between mold and rotting food. There was a wet towel on the floor and open tables didn't look like they had been well cleaned. Felt very casual- as in too casual for us to feel safe eating there. People were smoking inside and outside. So we walked out. I asked a friend whose son works there. She said that service is slow and it's not the best. Again to be fair we didn't eat there.

Not a lot of options if you avoid dairy too. They do have knowledgable staff though and a separate prep area.

Had the most amazing GF banana and chocolate chip pancakes. There is not a separate menu, but the staff is very knowledgable!

The staff is well aware of what is gluten free on the menu! No GF menu! The Omelets, grits, pancakes, and toast are very delicious! I had to double check about the toast because it was so good!!! Great atmosphere!

The restaurant does"NOT" have a gluten-free menu; however, based on feedback from our members they are very friendly to individuals who need to follow a gluten-free diet. The management and staff of these restaurants have been very helpful and will go out of their way to make your experience safe and enjoyable. Make sure you thank them!
