Zagol Ethiopian Restaurant

The bread is NOT 100% GF. It is started with a self-rising flour and yeast mix. Had problems getting order served not on bread, but we got past the hurdle of convincing the proprietor that contamination was not an option. Sans bread, the meal is somewhat lackluster and not as filling as my companion's appeared to be. All that being said, the food was tasty and the combo platters are good deals (assuming you can convince them to split it into 'normal' and GF portions). However, I'm not certain that I'm not having a reaction...

Yummy food + the only place like it in town :). The tea is amazing and the "bread" that they serve everything on is pure teff - GF and fairly nutritious, as far as flours go!
