Review of Zakes Cafe

We had a great experience here. Gluten free items are marked on their menu, and they also have information about some other allergens. I called ahead and they told me that the eggs and salads are safe, but they said their GF pancakes are cooked on a shared grill. We got simple omelets and fruit and had no issues. Our server said that regardless of allergies, all of their omelets are cooked in new pans with new utensils and they take allergies seriously. Food was excellent!
