Love this place. When we told the staff we had two in our party with “gluten allergies”, they asked if it was celiac (we are) and how sensitive we were to cross contamination. They had two gluten free crust options (cauliflower base for personal sized pizza and rice / potato base for large pizzas) and offered to sweep the oven before baking ours. We sat close enough to the kitchen that we could see them sweeping it out as they prepped our pizza. We got the large. It was one of the best GF crusts we’ve tried, and the pizza toppings were great. Definitely one of the best GF pizzas we’ve had, and we didn’t have any issues afterwards. Would highly recommend.
