Most Mediterranean food is naturally gluten-free, but I always ask when I go into a new restaurant. According to the cashier and the website, all of their menu items are gluten free except for the pita bread and the tabouleh salad. The tabouleh salad is made with bulgur wheat, which is not gluten-free. I had a Chicken Tarna plate, with rice, green salad, and garlic dip. It was yummy and caused no bad reactions.
