Spoke with staff. Cannot guarantee any of the factory made ice cream to be gluten free. The flavors listed are without gluten ingredients, but they don't know if the lines are shared and they have gluten containing flavors that are scooped with shared tools. We really appreciated the staff being honest and up front (kept our daughter safe) but sadly could not take or celiac daughter here.

Have a nice GF ice cream menu! Not sure if they are celiac friendly as we are only sensitive. But good none the less.
