Best poke in the Triangle! Most everything is gluten-free, except eel sauce and certain toppings (for example, the fried onions). You will get a wonderful substantial bowl of poke with toppings and delicious fish. They give you the option to do a half and half base to your bowl with diff grains to choose or salad greens. I like the half greens half quinoa.

Cute and tiny poke shop. Staff is helpful with choosing GF toppings. Most of the sauces are GF too

The food taste great, but I had a reaction to something, not gluten, but still not pleasant.

Surprising how small it is. I would've given it a five if their protein portions and veggie portions were a little bigger. More rice than other content. Very celiac friendly.

They make amazing poke bowls. most items are gluten free, just avoid the eel sauce and the normal crunchie additions. They have options for bases (white rice, salad, quinoa, zucchini noodles, etc), choice of proteins - marinated un GF tamari (regular is three scoops of protein, large is five), add some veggies, pick a sauce, and add any last few toppings. Most entrees are $10-$14. The staff was great, and knowledgeable. I have Celic Disease and didn't get sick. I will definitely be back next time I am in Durham.
