It was a very lively spot. Lots of outdoor seating and quick service. The menu had gf items but it’s not a 100% gf restaurant. The server seemed pretty knowledgeable and I ordered the sweet potato toast with avocado, asparagus and egg. I felt confident in the safety until after the meal when I went to the washroom and walked past the tiny open kitchen. It made me nervous how small and cramped it was for a kitchen prepping non-gf and gf dishes.

We had wanted to enjoy this chain in Lisbon but ran out of time. To my delight we stumbled across the Porto location where we enjoyed a delicious brunch sitting outside on the patio area. There were options for GF pancakes and bread. The waitress was kind and understanding, checking in with the chef about various items. The francesinha could not be made gluten free, but the specialty pancake with bacon and eggs was good.

I did get nervous as my husband ordered the same dish (not GF). The waitress placed them down and stated mine was GF but there was no indication, with the plates looking pretty identical. I made my husband taste both to ensure mine was different but would’ve preferred clear indication on the plate

There are a few gluten free choices and the staff and kitchen were willing to make any changes needed for my dish to meet my dietary restrictions. The food is very good. Everyone dish at the table looked amazing and all said it was delicious.

I had the best breakfast I have had in years today at Zenith in Porto. Their brunch menu has several GF options, including GF toast. I had the GF vegan pancakes that come topped with a variety of fruits, jam, peanut butter, and would be almonds had I not said "no almonds". They were light and delicious. How they get them so light and tender without egg, I cannot fathom. Fantastic.

Menu was not clearly marked, but almost everything could be made gluten free. We had the Zenith toast and shakshuka. The GF toast was delicious. Great food, good value. Very very busy, so plan to wait once you check in.

The glutenfree pancakes were hard as rocks, but they offerd another item and were very Nice when i let them know. Had the eggs and salmon on glutenfree toast and it was delish!

Very happy about the food! Quite a few gf options available, most of them are named on the menu. The pancakes were good. I think they were a little dry, but the sauces, fruits and ice cream made up for that. The Zenith sandwich was also good!

And the staff was very nice and helpful!

GF options are marked on the menu along with GF bread (or sweet potato “toast” that you can sub out on the sandwiches. Not the most varied options for GF but amazing for and enough options that you can choose between!
