I’ve been here 3+ times and never had a problem! A lot of the special rolls have tempura, and so can’t be made gf. I still love going and getting spicy tuna, nigiri, and some other classic rolls. All the waiters I’ve had have been knowledgeable about celiac.

Items that could be made gluten-free were clearly marked on the menu. They could even accommodate some other items by making slight modifications, the server was very helpful in suggesting this.

The sushi was good and fresh.

Desert offering is mochi. He explained they do not always have the gluten-free varieties, but he double check to make sure that that’s what I had.
