There are items marked on the menu that are gluten free or can be made gluten free. The waitress was very helpful and asked the chef about the safety of my food. I felt safe and the food was good. I recommend the pan seared salmon with any of the veggie or fruit sides. The salmon is cooked on a surface that gluten isn’t cooked on, the sauce is made of butter, lemon juice, and dill. The veggies are all steamed and there’s no sauce or seasoning on it, so no worries from that end. The fries aren’t safe as they’re fried in the same oil the breaded chicken is fried in. None of the desserts are gluten free.
