Review of Zia Maria Pizzeria Ristorante

Felt pretty comfortable eating here! They noted my allergy and the only reason I was comfortable ordering a GF pizza was because they told me it would be cooked in its own aluminum tray. 5 stars for being a great gluten free Italian option but the salmon was undercooked and the GF pizza crust is more like a crunchy thick cracker
