I contacted Zim’s to see if they were able to accommodate CD. Here is their response,
“Hello! Yes, we will try to accommodate your allergy as best as possible. Unfortunately, that does rule out anything fried as all of our fryers are connected and we don't have a separate bay/filter for gluten free. If getting anything seared, ask that it's done in a separate pan and not on the flat top. And please just make sure to inform your server of your needs and we will be happy to take care of you to the best of our ability!”

We stopped at Zim’s for brunch while in Downtown Lexington. The menu was very clearly marked and there was a plethora of options!

Ordered a simple breakfast platter with eggs, fruit, and bacon. Asked for gf toast. I double checked after the food came out and the server said it wasn’t gf. A gf hamburger bun came out afterwards. Would be careful eating here!

We were looking to kill time before a show, and stopped in Zim’s for a drink at the bar. They have a cute bakery counter where I got a wonderful gluten free brownie, and I enjoyed it with a glass of wine. It was wrapped in cling wrap and was fantastic in every way!
