Waiter was very knowledgeable. Had steak frites, but fryer is not dedicated so he let me swap it out for another side - haricots vert, mashed potatoes, zinc potatoes and mushrooms were gf (we did the green beans and mashed potatoes). Also, there was a choice of three sauces for steaks, and all were gf! Waiter said none were bound with flour. I had the red wine sauce and it was excellent. GF dessert options were homemade ice cream and creme brûlée. We had the latter and it was delicious. Overall a wonderful meal!
