Review of Zing Japanese Fusion

Delicious food, but they have no way of identifying the gluten-free menu items without asking the staff. On the night we went, our waitress was very helpful, and made sure our meal was as gluten-free as possible. She asked the chef about ingredients, left the dressing off of my salad, and suggested I not eat the soup that came with the meal (I gave it to my dad). I hope they can be more celiac friendly in the future, but if you get a good waitress, this is a good place to eat. (P.S. if you call and ask, they tell you they have a gluten-free menu. They don’t).
