Food and service were both really good and I felt safe eating here. Before being seated, I was asked if there were any allergies. The waiter brought over a tablet with an electronic version of the menu that could be filtered by dietary restriction type. I ordered the meatball starter and the pancetta and chorizo carbonara (gluten-free pasta). Both were delicious and came out flagged as gluten-free.

I got a gluten free pizza delivered and it was pretty good. Not the best crust I’ve ever had but a pretty good size for the price and not a bad option. I felt pretty safe, though I wasn’t able to get through to speak to anyone about procedures.

They don’t like to work so they try to make you order through an app that isn’t user friendly, and even though the place was empty. That said, the gluten free options are more extensive than many chains.

I’ve been to this zizzis multiple times and have never had a reaction and have always been more than satisfied with the food. You can get dedicated gf menu online but not physically which works for me. Most of the menu can be made gluten free and is always delicious.

They were very accommodating, the manager asked me to scan the QR code on the menu which would take me to the designated GF menu. There is a bottle put on your table that said ALLERGY and then the server asks what the allergen is too and it then becomes highlighted on their screen whenever anyone serves the table. My food came out with a gluten free sticker on it. They were very good although the pizza was a bit cold and burnt but I put that down to it being a Saturday night

Was okay for gluten free but not the best. No dedicated menu and had to read through a very awkward and complicated chart for products with gluten in. Had a pasta dish however pasta was very under done.
