There were a few items on the menu that we could eat. The chef was very knowledgeable about how to prevent cross contamination and used separate utensils etc. No gluten free toasts or breads or buns, and we did have to eat a modified meal. They initially brought us wheat tortillas which we identified and had swapped for corn tortillas, so not perfect. Ate safely and yummily, but it did take significant work!
