Daughter is celiac and has always eaten safely here. Just ask the wait staff for info. They know their stuff and are happy to ask the chef questions. Well trained. Chips are not made in dedicated fryer so we’ve brought our own. They also will swap out for sliced jicama.

Staff is very knowledgeable. Food is always outstanding. Best salsa in Boulder. We have been going for 10+ years with two celiac kids and have never had a bad experience.
