I visited Zombie Pig today, fully knowing that the most recent review was from 2 years ago. Neither of the 2 people at the counter knew what was gluten free, and neither seemed to know what gluten was at all, as they speculated on whether the pasta salad was gluten free. I asked if a manager or someone in the back might know what was gluten free. They said that nobody else would have that knowledge. I left without eating there.

We let the staff know that I was gluten free/celiac and they let us know that all menu items were gluten free with the exception of the mac and cheese and pasta salad. They let the line know no bread with our order. The food was delicious. Some of the pest pulled pork and ribs I’ve ever had. Everyone who spoke to use was super kind! Our daughter thought the mac and cheese was too spicy and they told her next time they’d make her an off menu grilled cheese. They have everything a good establishment should. We’ll be back!

Delicious BBQ. We went 15 minutes before closing. The staff made us feel comfortable and did not rush us. The meat all tasted delicious and fresh. My husband thought the ribs were some of the best he has had. Keep up the great work! And thanks for feeding us tired and hungry parents.

Every time I eat at Zombie Pig it’s a religious experience. They’re pulled pork is unreeeeal! I get the sampler plate with pork and chicken, ask to leave the bread off the plate and I’m all set. Best bbq in the area!

Good BBQ. Pork, chicken, beef sandwiches; ribs, meats, sauces, and half the sides are GF. Manager was helpful and seemed knowledgeable. No GF bread/buns, but they don't mind you bringing your own GF bread.

All of the meat and all of the sauces are gluten free. At least two of the sides (authentic Cuban black beans & rice and baked beans) are gf as well. We have stopped here three times while traveling and each time one of the two owners was present to discuss gf options with us and to ensure that the person preparing our food changed gloves. Unfortunately they don’t have gf buns but my daughter (with celiac) and I were happy to get bbq plates with gf sides while the rest of the family ate sandwiches. The meat is in big steam trays so your meal will be done by the time you are finished paying.
