I ate at the Market Cafe (the main location by the current entrance/exit). They had a green Chile chicken tamale listed on their menu as gluten free. I asked for it without beans (unknown if gf) and no chips (fried in shared fryer). They brought the container of red sauce out to me to make sure it was GF before preparing my tamale with the sauce on top. It was GF. I really appreciated them asking! It was not very busy and I did not get sick.

After a great morning zoo visit, we attempted to stop in for lunch. My 7 year old has Celiac. The chef came out, and described their knowledge of the GF prep process. He made my son a GF pizza in a separate oven with uncontained olives and pepperoni. Happy to report he said "this is one of the beat pizzas I ever had." Wonderful to know you dont have to rush out and can find something safe. (They dont have a separate fryer. They do sell GF prepacked Krispie treats.)
