Zpan Hibachi And Sushi Bar

Delicious food and took great care with my meal! I ordered the Chicken Hibachi via DoorDash. I called the restaurant first to confirm what/how to order. They seemed knowledgeable and said to simply make a GF notation and they would take care of it. I had the choice of extra veggies or rice to replace noodles. All my food was clearly labeled as GF. Great flavor and did not get sick!

very sensitive to celiac. they recommended bringing our own bottle of gluten free soy sauce so they can cook with that.you can leave the bottle there and they will put your name on it. it if you forget, public is next door.staff was attentive and knew to double up on veggies and eliminate the noodles
