Review of Hotel Zuiderduin

Ate at the hotel buffet for a week during a conference. Everything at the buffet was clearly labeled with allergens. Could ask for gluten free bread from a staff. However, as with buffets, utensils aren’t always safe, and lots of room for cross contamination.
