I was visiting a local celiac family, and they ordered us all poke bowls from Zumapoke online. We each built our own bowls and got the small bowl size, which was plenty. They label which topping and sauce options are gf on their online order menu. No reactions, and the local family has eaten there multiple times, so I’m reasonably confident it’s safe.
