Great food, knowledgeable and friendly staff. About half of the menu is gluten free and the server even said if there was something not marked gf they may be able to modify for me. 4 dessert options!!!!! This is a great find, highly recommend

We saw this place on a corner after snowboarding in Banner Elk and decided to see if they had anything I could eat besides salads. I asked the waitress what the red symbols beside a lot of the food items meant and it meant gluten free!!! I was so surprised! They have 4 gluten free desserts and about half of the rest of the menu is GF. I tried the chicken stir-fry, the baked stuffed portobello, and the lemon butter steamed mussels (didn't seem super fresh) and they were all great. They also use GF soy sauce for the stir fry if you let them know you need GF. The atmosphere is nice and the staff is super friendly. If you are looking for GF options around Banner Elk and Beech and Sugar Mountains this place is probably your best option.
