Wow! Fantastic place for safe celiac dining. Owners are a celiac family; kitchen staff and wait staff very knowledgeable. Homemade yeasted GF pizza crust, hand-kneaded, certified GF flour and separate prep and separate oven shelf! Taste was AMAZING, one of the BEST pizzas I’ve ever had. They even made a homemade GF beignet dessert, absolutely delicious and very safe. HIGHLY recommend, can’t wait to go back!!
