Amazing. No protein in safe so they offer two fried eggs and only two sauces are safe but mix them together and it was delicious

Is possible to get gf, but must be sure server knows what you're asking for. Only creamy chili sauce is glutenfree sauce, and they are still working on trying to get a gf meat,

Celiac friendly?

Yes

No gluten free list or menu. Asked staff for gluten free options; the front line staff didn't know and had to ask someone in the back, who didn't explain clearly what the options were. I started asking about specific things and learned that none of the meat is gluten free (only tofu), and most but not all the vegetables. I didn't get far enough to ask about cross contamination. This might be an option for a vegan or vegetarian non-celiac, but not a good experience overall.

Has clearly labeled gf items on the menu. All of the veggies are gf. However, it is similar to a chipotle. you go down the line with your options. Not sure how clean it is for the truly gf celiac.
