I’m in silverton Oregon for the weekend! Is Akatsuki sushi bar celiac friendly?!

• TravelGlutenFree Have you called them or looked them up on the app? Sushi is a tough one because of imitation crab and soy sauce

• JoshRich Yes, always tricky. Don’t forget cross contamination from knives, too.

• ginger3152 I carry my own packs of gf soy sauce lol. I can usually get a place to make me “clean” (use fresh knife and cutting board) nigiri if nothing else.
