Symptomatic Celiac

Any recs for a good rustic loaf bread mix? I tried King Arthur Bread & Pizza mix and I liked it for a white sandwich bread, but looking for something like a rustic loaf!

• abby99918 I don’t have personal experience baking but my parents often add psyllium husk to bread mixes - I can’t describe it but it makes it hold its shape and taste so much better! Not entirely related but highly recommend looking into that :) 2 replies
