Gluten Intolerant
Looking for authentic international/ethnic places that have a gluten free menu or have worked well with gluten free requests. Not picky on type of food, but the more unique the better. Would prefer east Orlando.

CarmCort Puerto Rican rice and beans are gluten free and fried plantains are also gluten free. Empanadas or bacalaitos are not. 1 reply

kaitlyn95627 you have to go to super rico!!!!! it is amazing. they have gluten-free empanadas. Also, if you were looking for another option, the table is an Indian restaurant located in Orlando as well. It is so good and has many gluten-free options. It also has gluten-free chapati.
