Symptomatic Celiac

Is Taco Bell rice gluten free? I know they have it listed as “made without gluten”, but saw a few things on Reddit saying they may fry it. I want to try the power bowl!

addie6714 They probably just mean fry in a pan on the stove to make it slightly crunchy. Rice is naturally gluten-free. 1 reply

kevin31 TB is the only “fast food” chain that I eat at when we travel. I have been getting the vegetarian power bowl for yrs now and have yet to have an issue.

julia55266 I work at taco bell, we do not fry the rice. The power bowl is gf, just make sure to mention the allergy so that they change their gloves, (we do handle flour tortillas). Also, only the mild and hot sauce is gf, the breakfast salsa and diablo has wheat 1 reply
