I discovered these several years ago - keep them frozen and cut off only what I need, wrap in foul and heat in oven. Yummm

These are good but have a bit of a hard texture and aren’t great for sandwiches. They make the BEST croutons and pretty good bruschetta if the loaf doesn’t have too many holes.
