THE best gluten free ice cream sandwich I’ve ever had, and arguably one of the best overall. The cookies are excellent and leave the perfect amount stuck to your fingers as you eat it - exactly what you’d expect from a classic ice cream sandwich The ice cream is incredibly creamy and shocking that it’s also dairy free The only negative I have to say about this is the fact that they’re a little pricey. But that doesn’t stop my wife and me from leaving Whole Foods having spent $35 on only a handful of them
