This is my favorite gluten-free pizza crust so far. It has a French bakery taste (probably because the only almond-flour taste memory I have previously is of macarons) and doesn’t detract from the pizza taste. I really miss normal pizza crust, but this has given me an opportunity to have a yummy pizza when everyone else is eating theirs. I like all the varieties, including the pepperoni, sausage, and white pizza with spinach.
