I have not tried it yet but am excited to see it does not appear to be a sweet cornbread. I don’t want sweet cornbread in my Thanksgiving dressing. I’ve been making the cornbread for that from scratch in the last few years. It’s probably about as easy and cheaper just to make it from scratch but then I have a lot of cornmeal left! 11-2023: finally baked this for my Thanksgiving dressing! I bought 2 bags for the recipe. Not sure how long I ended up baking it. At the 25 minute check it was not brown and although I could see 1 crack, I didn’t want to take a chance on underbaking. In fact it may have baked for 40 minutes. Lots of cracks by then but it never browned on top and barely browned on the bottom. All in all, perfect for the dressing- not sweet!

Our favorite gf cornbread mix, we use milk when we mix it up and let it rest a bit before we bake it. I freeze leftovers to make cornbread dressing for Thanksgiving
